Slum City Quest The 19th century Ghana experienced an exodus in rural to urban settlements. Such settlements created slums. The UN defined slums as, “a contiguous settlement where the inhabitants are characterized as having inadequate housing and basic service.” This experience promises a 3 hour walking tour through the alleyways of Abeka through Tesano, Alajo and ending at Kotobabi - Wembley Park. Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service/appointment date: Full refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable). Cancellations made within 12-48 hours of the service/appointment date: 80% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service/appointment date: 90% refund, with a 10% cancellation fee applied. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time: No refunds. 2. Non-Refundable Services Custom or personalized services (e.g., event planning, tailored experiences). Digital products or downloadable content. Services that have already started or been completed. Special promotions or limited-time offers. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours in advance without charge. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment incurs a 10% rescheduling fee. 4. Event Cancellations by Lovor Quest Club If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues): You will be notified immediately. You can reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Chargebacks & Disputes Customers must follow our official refund process. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may be contested. 6.
