Refund Policy For Group Trips
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review the refund policy below before booking.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are used immediately to secure hotels, transportation, tours, and vendor commitments.

Payments & Cancellations

Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure:

Eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any fees already paid to third-party vendors.

Cancellations made 60–89 days before departure:
-
Eligible for a 50% refund of amounts paid after the deposit, minus any non-recoverable vendor costs.

Cancellations made 59 days or less before departure:
-
No refunds will be issued, as all arrangements will have been finalized and paid.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Visa application fees
-
Flights or flight deposits
-
Travel insurance
-
Hotel upgrades or add-ons
-
Sankofa Naming Ceremony fees

Any third-party services already rendered or paid for on your behalf
Name Changes / Transfers

Trip transfers to another person may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to airline, hotel, and vendor approval.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Lovor Quest Club.
Trip Interruptions or No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services once the trip has begun.
Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or global health emergencies), refunds will be handled according to vendor policies. Where possible, credits or rescheduling options will be offered.
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events.
