A tour of Cape Coast/ Elmina castles is a journey back to a time which fundamentally changed the world. Our expert tour guide will take you through the history of the slave trade, the significance of the castles, and the impact of the slave trade in Ghana today. You have the option of either visiting Cape Coast /Elmina Castle, they are two of the largest remaining structures symbolizing the last point of contact for millions of Africans who left the continent to be enslaved across the Americas. WHAT TO EXPECT 1. Visit the Kakum National Park which is situated in Cape Coast, the Central Region. It covers an area of 350 square kilometers. Canopy Walkway which is the key attraction of Kakum, is the tree canopy walkway, that enables you to walk over the high tropical forest on a swinging bridge measuring almost 500m long among the tallest trees. Bring your hiking boots and binoculars for this experience. [Duration - 2 hours ] 2. Cape Coast or Elmina Castle, after Kakum Park You will continue your visit to Cape Coast or Elmina Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site built by the British. You get to choose which one of the two castles to visit. Cancellations made within 12-48 hours of the service/appointment date: 80% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service/appointment date: 90% refund, with a 10% cancellation fee applied. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time: No refunds. 2. Non-Refundable Services Custom or personalized services (e.g., event planning, tailored experiences). Digital products or downloadable content. Services that have already started or been completed. Special promotions or limited-time offers. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours in advance without charge. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment incurs a 10% rescheduling fee. 4. Event Cancellations by Lovor Quest Club If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues): You will be notified immediately. You can reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Chargebacks & Disputes Customers must follow our official refund process. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may be contested. 6.
