Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service/appointment date: Full refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable). Cancellations made within 12-48 hours of the service/appointment date: 80% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service/appointment date: 90% refund, with a 10% cancellation fee applied. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time: No refunds. 2. Non-Refundable Services Custom or personalized services (e.g., event planning, tailored experiences). Digital products or downloadable content. Services that have already started or been completed. Special promotions or limited-time offers. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours in advance without charge. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment incurs a 10% rescheduling fee. 4. Event Cancellations by Lovor Quest Club If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues): You will be notified immediately.
